The Intimidator

This is the most popular roller coaster ride in South Carolina. It has been opened at Carowinds now. This ride is named Dale Earnhardt, which is to honor the racing legend. The intimidator is the longest, fastest and the tallest roller coaster in the Southeast. Many adults and children have lots of fun here. This ride is 232 feet tall and has an instant drop of 211 foot which is at a speed of 80 miles per hour. The intimidator includes twists which is very fast and has seven steep drops. Just before the finish, it has a whirling drive. It’s truly a fascinating experience.

Historic Charleston

Charleston is a historic city in South Carolina. This city has a history that takes you way back to the revolutionary war. People who would be interested in the historic culture and architecture would for sure get fascinated. The museums and the lighthouses enlighten you about the past.

Fort Sumter National Monument

The Fort Sumter National Monument was known to witness the first shots that were from the Civil War. Every year many visitors come to see this monument.  Since that time it is known to be an important monument and South Carolina’s major attraction.

The Wild Water amusement park covers 16 acres. This park includes 34 exciting rides which are from super fast to a few bumpy rides in the pool for kids. This pool is mainly for kids and a lot of importance is given to the safety and pleasure.

The New Charleston Lighthouse

The Charleston Lighthouse is located in Charleston, in South Carolina. It was built in 1767, but was demolished in the Civil War. This Lighthouse was redone in 1876 where many tourists come to see this monument.
