Rio Carnival – World’s Premium Carnival

Sugar Loaf Mountain with cable car is another famous stop. It lies parallel to Christ statue. A beautiful view over Botafogo and Guanabara Bay can be seen from here.

Copacabana Beach

One of the most famous beaches in the world, it is a beautiful beach where one can let go of himself and fully enjoy the wonders of nature. Located in the south of Rio de Janeiro, this beach has bike parking facilities, cycling track, hotels, restaurants, bars and kiosks.

Maracana Stadium

Famous among sport buffs, this stadium has seen some historic matches being played here. In the year 2016, Rio de Janeiro will host summer Olympics which is the first time in the history of any South American city. Maracana stadium is going to host the final match for FIFA World Cup in 2014.
