The country is parliamentary democratic constitutional monarchy which is situated in Western Europe. History:

Under the rule of the Charles V and the king of Spain, the area was the part of 17th provinces of Netherlands that consists of current Luxembourg, Belgium and some areas of the Germany and France. In the year 1568, there was the beginning of 80 years war among the Spain and provinces. The northern half of 17 provinces created Union of Utrecht in the year 1579, which was the treaty in which both of them has promised that they will provide their support in the defense against Spanish army.
