These festivals are celebrated in a grand manner and attract the tourists the most. These two cities popularly called as the twin cities connect with each other through the river Mississippi and the recreation area lies through the river only. Mississippi river connects the two cities in such a manner that all the historic sites, the various adventure locations of both the cities also get connected with each other.
