Lexington, Kentucky

Bradstown –Civil War History

Louisville Slugger Museum

The museum also offers children a chance to crawl through an enormous baseball glove, which was made out of 17 tons of ancient Kentucky limestone. A theater is also there for your entertainment, along with an indoor dugout, enabling the kids to reach the bat as their heroes once did. The Oval Room exhibits several baseball-related displays, and the factory welcomes so that tourists can get a glance of the famous baseball bats being built – you’ll even get a free miniature form of the Louisville Slugger at the end of the tour. Finally, remember to visit the Gift Shop, where you can buy plenty of baseball, golf and hockey souvenirs.
