China Rivers

The Yangtse River, the Yellow River, Heilongjiang River, Songhuajiang River, Zhujiang River, Brahmaputra River, Lancang River, Nujiang River, Hanjiang River, Liaohe River and the Pearl River are the major rivers in China. Yangtze River is the longest river in China.

China Mountain Ranges

China has the one of the longest High speed rail network in the world with 11,028 kms.

Climate in China is mainly dominated by dry seasons and wet monsoons that lead to a pronounced temperature variation in between summer and winter. The temperature in China differs from region to region because of the countries highly complex topography. The major issue concerned with Chinese climate is due to expansion of its deserts. Due to industrialization in china major 40% rivers that cover are been polluted that leads to a downfall of drinking water resources in northern China.

Taklimakan is the largest desert in China. Another major desert is Gobi desert.
