Caribbean Airlines Baggage Policy
Caribbean Airlines Baggage Allowance:
If your baggage is damaged, you must inform to Caribbean airlines before leaving the airport. Based on the damage they were take the report and inform to us within one week.
But Caribbean airlines is not responsible for damage the baggage such as damage due to heavy-packing or manufacturering defects, wheels, handles, pockets, locks, zipps, pull straps,scratches, scuffs, dents. But you have to give the complaint as PIR with your boarding pass to the appropriate persons they will claims the damage baggage. This rule is not applied to money, jewelry, medicine, paintings, vedeo camaras and etc.
