Cappadocia is well known for its old civilization in the world. Then, the Phrygians came and they probably ruled Cappadocia from 1250 BC. Persians ruled Cappadocia until 334 BC. In AD 17, Roman came and encouraged the trading and other means. Then the Christian communities, which inspired Cappadocia to imbibe different religious beliefs, settled in the region. Later the invasions from Turks and Mongolia ruined the part of the region.

Cappadocia has four seasons - summer, rain, fall, winter. The temperature varies in day and night. It has extreme summers and extreme winters. Rain fall is less mainly in spring season. In Cappadocia, summers last from June to August and winters from December to February - fall from September to November and spring from March to May. It has snowy winters. Most suitable season in Cappadocia is spring season which invites a number of tourists. This is favorable for all the activities.
