Banyan Tree Al Wadi resort is located amidst vast stretches of desert in calm and silent wadi khadeja area. The resort is 45 minutes drive from Dubai International airport and 20 minutes drive from Ras Al khaimah City Centre. The resort is spread across 100 hectare of land of which 60 hectare is devoted to nature reserve with Camels, Arabian Gazelles, Oryx roaming the area. Banyan Tree Al Wadi resort is the only resort in United Arab Emirates to offer an all-pool-villa concept. This resort will give the guest an opportunity to indulge in Middle East culture along with high element of luxury.

Banyan Tree Al Wadi has three types of rooms – Al Rimal (Deluxe pool villa), a 158 square meter villa with private sun deck and swimming pool. Al Khaimah and Al Sahari (tented pool villas), a beautiful and stylish pool villa with teak furniture and private pool. Beachfront Pool villas at Beach club located at 20 minutes drive from the resort followed by 2 minutes sail in traditional Dhow boats, this villa features direct private beach access. The resort also boasts of Signature Banyan Tree Spa with 10 ten treatment pavilions, luxurious health club with ultra modern gymnasium, yoga rooms and classes, Banyan Mew falconry centre, a state of art banquet hall and facility for wedding and conferences. The Beach Club has collection of recreational activities like water skiing, wake boarding, sailing and snorkeling apart from fishing and scuba diving trips. For Golf lovers the resort offers Al Hamara Golf course with 18 hole course.

Banyan Tree Dining and Restaurants

The Banyan Tree Al Wadi resort also has excellent dining arrangements for its guests with cuisines from round the globe. The main restaurants are – Al Waha meaning Oasis offers buffet line up with live cooking, however the guest can also opt for Ala-carte. It serves international as well as Arabic cuisines. Saffron is an authentic Thai restaurant overlooking the natural reserve’s watering hole. Saffron Tower, designed in the style of an African watch tower, offers a private dining option. Samar lounge with intimate corners and comfortable cushion seating offers exceptional wines, cigars and cognacs. Located on the upper deck of Samar lounge is Moon Bar which offers Sisha. Destination Dining offer Bedouin style dining experience with camp fire accompanied with song and dance.
