Arrow air was established in the year of 1947 as an all cargo operator. In the year of 1970’s and early 1980’s it adopted the passenger services both charter and regular scheduled service basis. Arrow air airlines have many passenger and charter flights. These flights are providing the services from JFK International Airport in New York, Luis Munoz Marin International Airport in San Juan at this time it using Lockheed L-1011 as well as McDonnell Douglas DC-10 and DC-8 equipment.
In the year 1990’s, the management of arrow air was decided to again merge with all cargo operators. Arrow air buys Fine air airlines in the year 1999 and the remaining flights are all under the name of Arrow air. Now the Fine air airlines also operating with its own name.
