As per the name Spectators sports is defined as any of the sports that is known by the presence of the spectators, or the sports fan who are watching the game. This kind of sports mainly includes the sports like athletes and baseball. To know about spectator sports we have to go through the above sports. These spectators plays very vital role in a game as they are come to the stadium to support their team and players and hence they continuously motivate their team by shouting words like win, or any player name, etc.
These support and motivation from fans or spectators makes the player excited, and they tried their best in the game. Hence, it shows that player confidence level also depends on spectator, how they are reacting!
Now we are going to discuss two of the major spectator sports: - Athletes and Baseball. Athlete’s sport is one of the famous and commonly known spectator sports. This is a collection of sports like racing, jumping and throwing. These should be played in indoor in winter season and outdoor in summer season, as it is a combination of few sports hence it has a large number of fans all over, and when this game is organized in any city, then every fan want to become a spectator and book ticket in athletes stadium.
For a spectator sport we should always keep things in mind which helps in promoting these kind of sports like proper space in stadium so that more and more spectator enjoy the sports, another thing is venue, organizer should also organize game in a home town of any because it will automatically increase the spectators, as they come to watch the sport. Similarly if we talk about Baseball sport, as it is too a spectator game and to promote these game among the spectators we should have to take few steps like it should be organized in any country that is a part of that baseball league then its beneficial because spectators comes too see the match for their country.
But if it is organized in a place where there is no participant, then it becomes unpopular there, and hence many fans are not interested to go and see the match. They also have to take care that there should be separate student section or Luxury VIP section, so that spectators can enjoy these matches.
Apart from stadium, venue and facilities there is one more thing that decides the percentage of spectators, it is known as tickets. If the tickets are too high and expensive and the services even are not good then the spectator avoids going and seeing the matches.
A marginal and equivalent ticket rates are to be maintaining so that middle class spectators too enjoy it. Another thing is that a proper advertising should be done in order to inform the public and sports fans that these games are coming in their city from this date to this. So that people can know and hence book the tickets. Another very common problem is that even though it’s a big stadium, but don’t have much sitting area, then the organizer or stadium has to do several steps to make more sitting area so that more and more spectators come too see the sports. So, above are few ways and suggestions by which we can invite more and more spectators to watch the match at stadium.
