Ivo won his first ATP Singles Title at the 2007 U.S. Men's Clay Court Championships held at Houston in Texas, after defeating Argentinian Mariano Zabaleta at the age of 28 years.
He won his second title on 23 June 2007 and on 14th October in the same year at Nottingham,he won his third title at the Stockholm Open, by beating past Australian Open Champion Thomas Johansson.
