Rules
As far as the rules are concerned, it varies between governing bodies. Most indoor soccer fields are rectangular with turf floors. In many colleges, indoor game is played on basketball courts. According to prescribed norms, the guard walls should be six feet tall. As far as indoor soccer games are concerned, six players per team play the match which includes the goalkeeper.
Indoor Basketball
Indoor basketball is also hugely popular indoor sport in which two teams of five players try to score points by throwing a ball through a 10 foot high hoop under organized rules. Over the years, indoor basketball has come up with a set of new rules besides a number of techniques including shooting skills, passing and dribbling. Players positions are also part of the new set of rules.
Sports Clubs
There are thousands of indoor sports clubs throughout the world. Sports club is an association of multiple sports, which fields a lot of teams under the command of the same umbrella organization. Sports clubs may also refer to sports institutions that practically have a solitary sports team or even at times a single sports department.
However, in general, 'sports club' can mean a football club like Chelsea FC, Newcastle United or Celtic FC where the only teams fielded are football teams.
