    5. Wrestling


  • The Modern Pentathlon was introduced at the 5th Olympiad in 1912.
  • It comprised of :
    1. Pistol shooting
    2. Fencing
    3. Swimming
    4. Horse riding
    5. Running
  • The winner of the event is touted as the “ideal, complete athlete”.
