Rules of Premier League
Among 20 clubs of the premier league each club has to play others twice, once in their home stadium and once at their contestant stadium to make a total of 38 games.
For a win each team receive three points, one point for draw and no points for loss is awarded. Total points also rank the teams, then goal difference and then goal scored. The clubs that crowns highest points among the 38 matches played is announced as a champion.
If points make equality among the teams then goal differences and goal scored determines the winner. If still equality among teams occurs then they are positioned it as equal.
If there is a tie for the championship, for relegation, or for qualification to other competitions, a play-off match at a neutral venue decides rank.
The top two teams from the Championship, together with the winner of play-offs involving the third to sixth placed Championship clubs, are promoted in their place. The third lowest ranked teams are relegated into the football league championship.
UEFA champions league: The qualified top four teams enters the UEFA champions league with top three teams directly entering the group phase. The four-placed team has to clear the two-legged knockout tie for entering the group phase.
UEFA cup: The fifth, sixth and seventh placed teams can automatically qualify for UEFA cup depending on the two domestic cup competitions.

Premier league has provided almost freedom in the selection of players to whatever the number of player and category of player. No age restriction other than general employment laws, no team or individual salary cap, no squad size limit. A individual foreign player — all players with EU nationality, including those able to claim an EU passport through a parent or grandparent, are eligible to play, and top players from outside the EU are able to obtain UK work permits
