St. Andrew’s Day is celebrated on November 30th every year. It is also known as Scotland’s national day.

What do people do on St. Andrew’s Day?

St. Andrew’s Day is considered to be a big event. On this day people of Scotland hold parties and some of them also host personal parties. This day involves many activities and festivals that continue for a week. On November 30th 1996, the Stone of Destiny was given back to Scotland and was kept in Edinburgh Castle. Since then, the Castle is open on this day to people and they are allowed to view the fabled Stone.
