What do People do On Chanukah?

On 25th day of Kislev month to the second day of Tevet in the Jewish calendar the First day of Chanukah is celebrated. The night of First day of Chanukah starts with special blessings at sunset, the day before the 25th of Kislev. Jewish people light the Hanukkah which is a case of candelabrum.

This eight-day Chanukah is celebrated by lighting one candle for each day; this is the usual tradition of ceremony during Chanukah.
