Also known as Bosses Day or National Boss Day is a secular holiday which is celebrated on the 16th of October every year. This day is celebrated in the United States and Canada alone. In 1958, Patrica Bays Haroski registered this day as the National Bosses Day with the US Chambers of Commerce. 4 years later her application was approved and finally 16th of October was considered as National Bosses day officially. Many people in America mock about this day as Hallmark Holiday.

Activities of Boss’s Day

On this particular day employees thank their boss for being just and kind to them all over the year. They buy gifts and souvenirs to their bosses to make them happy.
