Dance is a group of movements that go with a rhythm of music, and it is powerful supporter for growing many of the attributes of students. The physical benefits of dance are broadly accepted, but the psychological, social and mental attributes have only recently begun to be respected. It is performed as many cultures as a form of Physical development, emotional maturity, social awareness and metal ability.
Physical development: Dance involves a wide range of strength and stamina as compare to other physical activities. Dancing utilizes the entire body and is an exceptional form of exercise for their body fitness, basically students are active, but dance offers an opportunity to develop their skills and movements.
Emotional maturity: Dance develops psychological health and creative movements. Pre-school students or other students enjoy the opportunity to express their feelings and emotional experiences.
Social awareness: Students learn to converse ideas to others through the real and instant mode of body movements, and hastily learn to work within a group dynamic.
Mental ability: Students will create steps spontaneously when presented with movement ideas or problems that can be solved with a movement response.

Types of Dances in USA:
There are many styles of dance to choose from, each with its own attractions. Many of popular styles of dancing contains
Ballet – Basically performed to traditional music, this dance style effects on power, technique and flexibility.
Ballroom dancing – This includes a number of partner-dancing styles such as the waltz, swing, foxtrot, rumba and tango.
Belly dancing – Arising in the Middle East, this dance style is a comic way to exercise.
Hip-hop – Performed mostly to hip-hop music, this metropolitan dance style can involve breaking, popping, locking and free styling.
Jazz – This is a high-effective dance style involving kicks, leaps and turns to the bang of the music.
Pole dancing – It becomes a fashion trend as a form of exercise. It includes physical dancing with a vertical pole, and desire muscle capacity, coordination, and upper- and lower-body strength.
Salsa – Including a combination of Caribbean, Latin American and African influences, salsa is usually a partner dance and gives a special importance to beats and expressions.
Square-dancing – It is a category of folk dancing, where four couples were dance in a square pattern, moving around each other and changing partners.
