Positive Thinking Day is a great way for all of us to break out of being stuck in set patterns. This day was instituted to help people change their lives by changing their thoughts – to bring about lasting and positive changes in the world and themselves.

Being Mindful: Letting go of the past and staying focused in the present moment is a great way to change your life and use your time effectively.
Gratitude: Keep a Gratitude Journal to record all the things you are grateful for.
Find Inspiration: Read good books and watch inspirational movies to motivate and change your thoughts and moods.
Good People: Surround yourself with fun and uplifting people who will help you stay focused.
Practice Kindness: Do kind deeds to help those around you and be good to yourself.
Keep the Faith: Trust that everything that comes your way is an opportunity for learning and growth.
