What is PANRE exam?
The Physician Assistant National Recertifying Examination is ordinarily known as the PANRE. It is a panoptic and wide-ranging assessment for both men and women looking to enter this growing field of health care. The PANRE are exams that must be taken by all Physician Assistants (Pas). This test is administered by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
The PANRE exams are multiple-choice computer based tests. This exam has 300 questions on practical medical and surgical questions. The PANRE exams has two domains:
The candidate is eligible to write the PANRE Exam only if he/she is in the fifth or sixth year of the Physician Assistant-C certification maintenance cycle.
To apply or register for the PANRE exam, the candidate must submit an online application along with a payment towards the examination fee.
The PANRE exam can be scheduled only if the candidate fulfills the eligibility requirements of this exam. The exam may be scheduled any time depending on the availability of the testing center. The PANRE exam should be scheduled within 180-day time frame set for you to take this exam. This can be done only on the successful submission of all the required materials to the NCCPA.
