Grover (Stephen) is the person who is remembered by the world and mostly by the people of the America for the time period that Grover served as the president of the United States. He was the twenty-second as well as the twenty -fourth president of the United States.He was born on 18th march 1837 in the city of New Jersey. Grover's birthday is one among famous birthdays in march. Grover's father was Richard falley Cleveland and his mother’s name was Ann Neil. His father was a minister at Cleveland Presbyterian minister. So it made Grover interest in the politics. He had nine siblings. Cleveland later took the clerkship in a firm and from where he got admitted to the bar.

Grover Cleveland started his own practice in the year in the year 1863 when he accepted the appointment of the assistant of the district attorney of Erie County. He started his political career in New York when he tried for the district attorney but failed. But in the later year that is in 1870 he got help of his friend, which made him the sheriff of the Erie County. After that in the year 1871 he was elected again with the margin of 3030 votes. However it took he away from practicing the law.  After this Cleveland was elected as the mayor of Buffalo in the year 1882. He struggled the mayor ship in fighting against the entrenched interest of the party machines.

Later on in the coming years Grover Cleveland became the mayor of the New York City, which made his way to the presidency. However there are many other contenders for the post were there at that time but Cleveland won with a margin victory. In the year of 1885 the fourth day of March he became the president of the United Stets of America. he served the country with great deeds. However he first served as the president for the time period of four years that is from 1885-89. And later on Cleveland elected as the president again for the time period of five years that is from 1893-97. He after doing great deeds for the country died on 24th June 1908.
