Hot Chocolate

Things you will need

Sweet Chocolate or Bitter chocolate

2 to 8 cups of whole milk
4 cups milk chocolate
1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch
Baking Chocolate
2 to 8 cups of whole milk
3 ounces (3 squares) baking chocolate
1/3-1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cornstarch

With both types of  chocolate, the procedure is more or less alike:
Transfer the milk into a average sized pan and put in the cornstarch. Fluff up to dissolve the cornstarch. When the cornstarch is dissolved, heat up the milk on medium heat just until it boils, then do it away with the heat. Put in the chocolate squares without delay and start blending till the chocolate is totally dissolved If the milk cools off too soon, put the pan back on the fire on low heat to liquefy the chocolate.
If one is making use of baking chocolate, which is bitter, put in the sugar into the chocolate milk blend and mix until comprehensively dissolved.
Put the pan again on the fire on medium low heat, blending gradually, but continually. Do not heat the mix over high heat for the reason that it might result in lumps. Experience the chocolate for sugariness and put in more sugar if essential. The mix should condense speedily. The moment one finds it thicken, take away the pan from the heat so the cornstarch will not thin. Scoop instantaneously into cups and dish up steaming.
