One of the most bizarre days to be celebrated truly is the Extraterrestrial Abductions day celebrated on March 20th. Whether you are a firm believer or a skeptic, its no denying that Aliens and UFO’s (Unidentified Flying Objects) have fascinated and engrossed mankind for a long time so much so that an entire new genre of movies, books, toys and television have evolved around it which are popularly known as Science Fiction.
Stories surrounding sightings of UFO’s, presence of extraterrestrials visiting the earth has found its way in shows like “My Favorite Martian” and “Outer Limits” to the best of all “X-files” which have undoubtedly captured the imagination of the people. History Channel too could not be left behind and aired a hugely famous series called “Ancient Aliens” where they showed evidence of extraterrestrial influence on ancient civilization.
So, unless you are an adventure freak looking for some outer space experience of being whisked away by the marauding aliens prowling for humans, stock up your food, get hold of some exciting alien books and movies and lock yourself up in your room to celebrate this exciting day. Also don’t forget to look up at the heavenly skies; you may just get lucky spotting some mysterious, flying saucer!!!
