Adam Lambert is a famous American actor and singer from Los Angeles, California. He is one of the top three finalists of the eighth season ‘2009 American Idol’.

Adam Lambert started his stage career at the age of 10. He played a big role in ‘Linus’ ‘You’re a Good Man’, ‘Charlie Brown’. Those are ‘Lyceum Theatre’ of San Diego productions. He also played a role in ‘The Ten Commandments’, a Musical Show at the Kodak Theatre in Val Kilmer. He has been playing a role in the ‘Zodiac Show’ since 2004.

Lambert played a song ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ on his debut show. He was voted Top 13 in the semifinals, and joined with fellow Group 2 musicians Allison Iraheta and Kris Allen. Lambert and Kris Allen were roommates in the Idol residence.

Lambert was the top performer to receive the best complements by the judge “Cowell” for the song "Whole Lotta Love" among the 4 contestants. Simon Cowell also said that, "that was one of my favourite performances... nobody can top that now", while Abdul, punning on the song's title, described Lambert's performance as "a whole lotta pect".

Lambert chose two songs, ‘Black or White’ and ‘Mad World’ for the Top 3 position of American Idol contest. After his performance, the San Diego Mayor, Jerry Sanders announced that May 8, was ‘Adam Lambert Day’ in San Diego.

The Top 3 finalists Adam Lambert, Kris Allen and Danny Gokey will perform in the 2009 ‘American Idol’ contest. The contest was named as “Judge’s Pick’s” and will be started tonight (On Wednesday 13th, May 2009). The results will be declared on Wednesday night, after the show.

Adam Lambert, Danny and Kris gave average concerts last night. Lambert began with ‘One’ by his judge’s choice U2 on ‘American Idol’ contest. Danny’s performance was not well as Kris’s “apologize”. The judges selected the songs for the competitors to find ‘the vocalist is as an artist’.

The contestants selected their own songs for Round 2, and everyone proved their true talent. Danny selected ‘You Are So Beautiful’; Kris performed ‘Heartless’; and Adam played ‘Cryin’ in American Idol.
