Victoria Principal an American actress was born on 3rd January, 1950 in Fukuoka, Japan. She is popular for her character as Pamela Barnes Ewing on the long-running CBS nocturnal drama Dallas from 1978 to 1987.
Victoria was the daughter of Victor R. Principal and Bertha Ree. Victoria gave her statement in 2007 interview with the authorized Dallas website. Victoria affirmed that she "felt that was the only way to clear this up once and for all. My name is my real name; my age is my real age. Someone on the internet, years ago, printed a different age than I am and I’m in the process legally of clearing that up, because I have never lied about my age." Victoria grew up in Puerto Rico, London, Georgia, Massachusetts, and Florida, among new places. She attended 17 diverse schools. Victoria studied at Royal
Academy of Ballet while in England.
At the age of 5, Victoria acted in a viable. She started modeling in high school. Victoria registered at the Miami-Dade Community College, planning to cram medicine. Victoria kept on modeling, achieving Miss Miami title in 1969. After some time, she shifted to New York City, running as an actress and model. Victoria studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art after the modeling career in the country of Europe. Then she shifted to the Los Angeles in the year of 1971.
Victoria dated with several artists and famous personalities, including Frank Sinatra, Steven Spielberg and Andy Gibb. Then she met Christopher Skinner in 1978 when Victoria played a minor role on the Dallas. And after some time, Victoria wedded him, but they separated in 1980. And in the year of 1985, Victoria wedded with the Hollywood plastic surgeon Dr. Harry Glassman. And they have no kids.
In January 2003, her husband Harry Glassman was seized on the domestic violence charge. On 27th May, 2006, Victoria filed a case for divorce. On 27th December, 2006 they separated from each other. Victoria is taking guidance for her booked trip on Richard Branson's viable space trip venture. Victoria wanted to become the foremost female civilian astronauts in June 2010.
Victoria‘s first movie was as a Mexican mistress in Paul Newman's The Life and Times of Judge Roy Bean (1972) for which Victoria achieved a Golden Globe recommendation as the Most Promising Newcomer. And her next movie was The Naked Ape (1973) with Johnny Crawford. In this movie, she emerged topless. After one year, Victoria gave a statement on The Tonight Show that it was the nastiest film of her career. At the same year, Victoria emerged in a naked Playboy pictorial. That year she stated that she did not read carefully the contract for The Naked Ape. She compelled to do the naked pictorial.
In the year of 1974, Victoria got a big break when she was directed in co-starring role in flourishing disaster movie epic, Earthquake. She kept on performing in minor known movies such as Vigilante Force and I Will, I Will...For Now. In the year of 1977, Aaron Spelling provided her a job in the channel
of his TV series Fantasy Island. Victoria accepted. After some time, she got the famous role of Pamela Barnes Ewing in TV series Dallas in 1978. And Dallas became a big hit. In 1983, Victoria achieved a Golden Globe Nomination as Best Actress in a Television Series.
9 years later, Victoria affirmed to leave Dallas in 1987. Then Victoria continued to star in several TV films such as Don't Touch My Daughter, Naked Lie, Blind Witness, Sparks: The Price of Passion, and Mistress, some of which Victoria co-produced. And in the year of 1994, she emerged in an episode of hit sitcom Home Improvement.
In 1999, Victoria and her Dallas co-star Patrick Duffy emerged in a period of the animated series Family Guy. She came back to primetime soap operas in 2000 when Victoria emerged in short-lived NBC television series Titans, produced through Aaron Spelling.
When Victoria marked her Dallas contract, Victoria mislaid the section. Victoria explained, "As a result that’s why, you can only notice in hindsight, I was the only person in the cast who did commercials, who was doing movies of the week, who wrote books and these all belong to me. I retained the control and ownership of my image. No one owns me."
After completing her show in 1987, Victoria started her private production company, Victoria Principal Productions. And in mid-1980s, Victoria became involved in the natural beauty therapies and also promoted self named line-up for skin care products named Principal Secret. Victoria has written 3 books about skin care and beauty.
