Elijah Jordan Wood an American artist was born on 28th January, 1981 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Making his movie debut with a trifling part in Back to the Future Part II (1989), at the age of 13, Elijah Wood landed a sequence of subsequent major roles and became a significantly acclaimed child artist. After his impressive role as Frodo Baggins in Peter Jackson's The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Elijah Wood has opposed typecasting by selecting diverse roles in critically-acclaimed movies such as Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Bobby, Everything Is Illuminated, Green Street and Sin City. Currently Wood starred in the movie Day Zero (2007) and presented the tone of the major character, Mumble, in award-winning animated movie Happy Feet.

Elijah Wood got his primary break: a minor role in the video through Paula Abdul - "Forever Your Girl," directed by David Fincher. And movie work pursued directly in Back to the Future Part II (1989).
