He was born in April 9th in the year 1975 in Liverpool of Merseyside. He was brought up in the Toxteth area in the year 1981 he was six years old when he was called as Robert Ryder.

Career

Fowler began his career with Liverpool. As a youngster he was supported by Everton and he regularly traveled to Goodison Park. That time he was also selected by Jim Aspinall who was Liverpool F.C. scout. After that he started taking training with Liverpool once a week and signed schoolboy forms with the club.

In the year 1991 after leaving school he was signed as YTS trainee, and on his 17th birthday he grew to be a professional. Before returning to Liverpool in January 2006 gradually he started playing for Leeds United and Manchester City.
