Pamela Reed was born on 2 April 1949 in Tacoma, Washington. She now lives in California with her husband of nineteen years-Sandy Smolan and her two adopted children. She graduated with a Degree in Arts from the University of Washington. She originally wanted to become an air-hostess before her passion for acting beckoned Pamela Reed into filmdom.
Being one of the most versatile actresses, Pamela Reed has experimented with all mediums of acting namely- theatre, television and movies. She debuted in 1978 TV series, “The Andros Targets”. She is remembered as Ruth Powers from the television series of “The Simpson’s”.
