The Sword Lily

The sword lily got its name from the shape of its petals. The petals have a sword-like shape that owns a variety of colours ranging from plain white to bright purple. It belongs to the iris family and has around 260 to 300 varieties that originally came from Africa, Europe, and Asia. This flower will grow in any kind of soil, but it best thrives in soils that are well-drained with a pH in between 6 to 6.5 and with medium fertility.
