4. Right of inspection: Big lots want to make sure that the standards for the suppliers are applied in the places where production occurs. They will take actions such as on-site inspection of the production facilities to implement and monitor these standards.
5. Confidentiality: Supplier should not have the right to disclose any kind of information such as designs, data, and know-how during or after the disclosure of the agreement.
