Western culture
Chirtian brides: Christianity is followed in large part of the world, mainly in western countries. Eastern culture:
The traditional color of wedding dress worn by brides in China, India, and Vietnam is red. The color is chosen because it symbolizes good luck and auspiciousness. Changes in fashion trend had affected the design and colors of the wedding dresses. Now day’s brides are opting for golden brown, creamish, and other bright colors in their wedding dresses to celebrate their happiness.
Main wedding dress of Indian brides is heavily embroided red sari and lehnga choli. Further, due to variation in cultures and religions found there, the outfits are different but the color remains same.
Japanese brides wear traditional Kimono dress in white and other colors on their wedding. The brides usually wear more than two dresses throughout the ceremony.
Indonesian brides wear a traditional blouse, named kebaya, on their wedding. The dress is worn along with supplementary outfit designed in batik print.

Pakistani brides wear heavily golden embroided sharara on their wedding. The dress is red in color and is worn along with veil to keep the face of bride hidden from other people.
