Amp'd Mobilecell phone was a mobile phone service established in the United States in the year 2005 towards its end.
The company was a Mobile Virtual Network Operator. Its primary non-Venture Capital investors were MTV Networks and Universal Music Group.
It was the first incorporated mobile entertainment company for youth, young professionals and early adopters, in the US specifically targeting that demographic.
