The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) established in 1895 is a doctoral/research University located at Arlington, Texas. This is the third largest institution under the University of Texas system and offers 78 undergraduate, 74 masters and 33 PhD degrees.  The University has more than 21 thousand undergraduates and about 700 postgraduate students pursuing their academic degree under the eleven colleges of the University.

There are eleven colleges and schools under the University of Texas at Arlington. This offers courses in engineering, business, medicine, real estate, nursing, science, social work and public affair.

School of Architecture

The school of Architecture under the UTA offers courses in architecture, interior design and landscape architecture. The school accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board offer graduate program in architecture and Landscape Architecture. The Graduate Architecture program has been ranked 5th among the top schools of south by the Journal Design Intelligence.

College of Business

The college of Business under the UTA offers some of the best academic programs in the state. The college offers traditional MBA programs, Executive MBA, specialized masters program and Ph D in business. The college also offers Bachelor of Business Administration, in Accounting Finance, economics, Information system Managements, Marketing Management, Real Estate, and Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Economics and Information system. The college also provides masters degree and PhD in Business Administration.

College of Education and Health Professions

The college promotes culture of excellence in research, teaching and service. The college offers undergraduate, graduate and certification courses in the field of Curriculum & Instruction, Educational leadership & Policy studies and Kinesiology.   The courses offered are Master of education (M Ed) in Curriculum & Instruction and Educational Leadership & Policy  studies, Master of Education in Teaching (M Ed T) and doctor of Philosophy (Ph D) in educational Leadership and policy Studies.

College of Engineering

The college of Engineering established in 1959 provides programs in a wide variety of engineering disciplines which are guided by some of the excellent faculties. It provides engineering degree in the departments Automation & Robotics, Bioengineering, Civil engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial & Manufacturing systems Engineering, Material Science Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering and Nanotechnology. This college offers 8 undergraduates, 12 graduates and 9 doctorate programs.

Graduate Schools

The Graduate Schools under the UTA was established in the year 1966 and offers 74 masters and 30 doctoral degrees. The school guides the students as to which major to opt for and also helps to plan the program of study.

Honors College

The college provides offers study program for students of high school, who enroll in university courses. It also provides dual credit courses for these students. Courses offered by the Honors College are macroeconomics, Expeditionary English writing, Argumentative English writing, History, Math's, Political Science and Biology.

College of Liberal Arts

The College provides 25 undergraduate and 22 graduate programs. The college of Liberal Arts offers BA Art, BA Art History, BFA and MFA degree in the 12 departments under the college. It also offers Ph D programs in English, History, Linguistics and Philosophy & Humanities.

School of Nursing

The University of Texas at Arlington Schools of Nursing (UTASON) was established in the year 1972. The courses offered are Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Graduate Programs in Nursing Administration, joined degree Masters Program like MSNM/MPH, MSN/MBA and MSN/HCAD and Ph D in nursing education.

College of Science

The college of Science provides courses in the 6 department under it which are  Biology, Chemistry, Earth and Environmental Science, Mathematics, Physics and Psychology. School of Social Work

The School of Social Work under the UTA provides advance knowledge and leadership service to its students that help to promote Social and Economic justice. The School of Social and work offers Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) and Ph D program in Social Work research and practice.

School of Urban and Public Affairs (SUPA)

The SUPA established in 1967 offers research opportunity and academic program in the field of Urban Planning and public affairs. Courses are offered in afternoon, evening and on weekends so as to accommodate working students. The school offers one undergraduate degree program on interdisciplinary studies (INTS) and 3 minor programs in public administration, urban planning environment and urban affairs and public policies. Graduate programs offered are Ph D in public and Urban Administration, and Urban planning & Public policy, and Masters in City and Regional Planning, Public Administration and Masters of Arts in Urban Affairs. It also provides 5 certificate programs to choose from.

Real Estate courses offered by UTA

The department of Finance and Real estate in the UTA College of Business offers undergraduate and graduate level course in Real Estate.

Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE)

The Master of Science in Real Estate, program provided by the college of business in accredited by AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate School of Business). This master degree in real estate gives in depth training in the real estate field to make the students fit for business in real estate and selected field. Advance skill in real estate analysis which is important in commercial investment real estate market place, is delivered through this program.

The MSRF program is designed for student with prior experience in the field. To enter the program, the students are required to have an average GPA of 2.5 and GMAT score above 1200.

The 36 credit hour program in the Master of science in Real Estate can be completed within a period of 15 months. The MSRE program includes required 12 courses of 3 credit hours each which could be taken in different sequence depending in the start dry of the semester.

Bachelor of Business Administration

This program prepares the students in the basic of real estate, its theory and skills. The on successful completion on of the program, the student can opt for a carrier in real estate development finance or real estate investment. 12 to 18 credit hours of four required course and six to twelve hours of elective course should be completed for obtaining the bachelor degree. The program can be completed by four semesters, 2 each in junior and senior year.
