The Universityof Florida established in the year 1853 is an elected member of Association of American Universities (AAU). The university situated at Gainesville, Florida is an American public land grant, sea grant, and space grant research university. College of Agricultural and Life Sciences (CALS)

College of agriculture and life Science was found in the year 1906, offering 24 undergraduate major and 22 graduate degrees to the students. The college specializes in more than 50 areas including agriculture, human and natural resources, and life science, which are areas that improve quality of human life. The two schools within the CALS are School of Forest Recourse and Conservation and School of Natural resources and Environment.

Warrington College of Business Administration (WCBA)

 The college was established in the year 1926 and provides undergraduate, graduate and Ph D programs in different field of business. Association of Advanced Collegiate of Business has provided its accreditation to every courses offered by this college. The college offers graduate degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Marketing, accounting and Business Administration. Undergraduate programs are offered in accounting, computer science, economics, marketing, and management.

College of Dentistry

This College established n 1972 is one of the six colleges making up the J Hillis Miller Health Science Center. This nationally recognized college provides professional DMD course, Master of Surgery in Dental Biomaterial, Endodontic, Orthodontics, Peridontics and Prosthodontics; and Master of Dentistry in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery. Besides these the college also offers graduate certificate program and research opportunities.

College of Design, Construction and Planning

The college was established in the year 1925 and it includes two schools under it which are the School of Architecture and Rinker School of building Construction. The college offers graduate and, undergraduate programs, combined and dual degree and certificate courses. The undergraduate program in interior design has been ranked the fifth in the nation by America’s Best Architecture & Design Schools survey.

College of Education

This college established in 1906 has been ranked 26 among the public schools under AAU. It offers undergraduate, masters and doctoral programs in different fields of education, special education, educational psychology and counseling.

College of Engineering

The college of Engineering provides research opportunity and formal education in the twelve departments under it. The Engineering Accreditation Commission Of ABET has accredited the 11 degree programs under the college of engineering and some of these program has been ranked among the best by the US News and world Report.

College of Fine Arts

The college of Fine Arts founded in 1975 has three schools under it which are The School of Art and Art History; The School of Music, the School of Theatre And Dance. The college of fine arts provides the students a detail study of art in accordance with research institution. College of Health and Human Performance (HHP)

College of health and Human Performance established in the year 1946 has three departments and four research centers under it. The academic departments of the College are Applied Physiology and Kinesiology, Health Education and Behavior and Tourism Recreation and Sport Management.

College of Journalism and Communications

The College of Journalism and Communication under the University of Florida has the second largest undergraduate program in communication. Some of the degrees offered by the college are Bachelor of Science in journalism, telecommunication, advertising and public relations, Master of Arts in mass communication and Master of Advertising.

Levin College of Law

The Levin College of Law established in 1909 is among the top rated law school today. Besides JD degree and SJD, the college also offers LLM programs in Comparatives law, Environmental and Land Use Law, Taxation and International Taxation. College of Veterinary Medicine

The college was established in the year 1976 is the only Veterinary Collegein the State. The college offers Masters Degree and Ph D programs in VeterinaryMedicine and MS in Forensic Toxology. Real Estate courses under University of Florida

The Warrington College of Business Administration (WCBA) offers real estate courses under its department of Finance Insurance & Real Estate. The college provides Master of Science in Real Estate, Juris Doctor/ MS in real Estate, MBA in Real Estate Concentration and graduate and undergraduate minor in Real Estate.

Nathan S. Collier Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE)

The Master of Science in Real Estate program under the WCBA is a 1o month full time in residence program led by best professionals and nationally recognized professors. The admissionto this MSRE is competitive and just 30 students are admitted in a year. Besides a bachelor degree from an approved college a GMAT score of 550, a minimum work experience of two years and a GPA of 3 in the undergraduate coursework is required to enter into the program. Students without basic in Finance, Accounting or related field are required to undergo a basic finance course prior to the program.

The program which begins in June is a 34 credit hour program with a set of core in Real Estate of 26 credit hours and an 8 hour elective course which can be selected from subjects in Finance, entrepreneurship, development, building construction, and urban and regional planning.

Joined MD/ MSRE in Real Estate

This joined degree program is supported by the Levin College of Law and Warrington College of Business, where the students can complete the Juris Doctor Degree and the Nathan S. Collier Master of Science in Real Estate within 3 years. The JD/MSRE program in the joined degree needs 22 credit hours of Course work in Real Estate and 12 or more credit hours in law. To obtain the Joined degree, the students should complete a set of four required course and elective courses of 14 credit hours.

MBA in Real Estate Concentration

MBA in Real Estate Major offered by the Warrington College of Business Administration is offered as a two year traditional program and a one year MBA program. The traditional MBA programs are designed for students without business undergraduate degree and the one year program for students with business undergraduate degree. The MBA in real estate major provides theory and practical classes in the subject and makes that helps the students to increase their knowledge in Real Estate and to enhance their professional skills. The students are required to study four of the six courses which include, Introduction to Real Estate Real Estate, Real Estate Appraisal, Secondary Mortgage Markets and Securitization, Real Estate Market and Transaction Analysis, Investment Property Analysis and Real Estate Securities and Portfolios.

Graduate and Undergraduate Minor in Real Estate

The Real Estate Graduate minor is available with degrees like Building Construction, Urban and Regional Planning, and Geography. To complete the minor the students has to obtain at least six credits from courses like Introduction to Real Estate, Real Estate Appraisal, Secondary Mortgage Markets and Securitization, Investment Property Analysis and Real Estate Securities and Portfolios.

The undergraduate Minor in Real Estate is a 22 credit hour program with four required courses and two elective courses. The required courses are The Legal Environment of Business, Principles of Macroeconomics or Principles of Microeconomics, Real Estate Analysis, and Real Estate Investment Decision-Making.
