Reduction in Required Concrete Footing

Due to lighter load ratio of steel sheets and roofing, the size of the concrete foundation required to hold the steel structure is reduced which translates into reduced cost.

Overall cost on account of permit required for traffic congestion, material drops etc are reduced considerably. The activity is completed within a number of days and hence has a positive impact on the costing.

Steel building construction is quite cost effective and is completed within a number of days since the design and structure are completed at factory site itself and it is only installed at the construction site. The installation can be pre-approved and is done with minimum coordination and project management. Also, the steel structures are robust and built with materials which are rust proof and earth quake resistant.
