Knead Maida in to smooth dough and keep aside covered with wet cloth.
Boil potatoes, peas, beans and carrot and mash potato when it is boiled.
Heat oil in a pan, adding cumin seeds,ginger, garlic and chilly paste.
Add chopped onions, boiled vegetables and fry them adding all the spices for seasoning.
Mix well until everything fries well. Now squeeze lemon and garnish it with cilantro and remove the pan from fire.
Take a small ball of dough and roll it to a rectangle. Apply melted vanaspathy on it leaving the edges. Join the edges and roll it down once again. Repeat this step once or twice.
Stuff the mixed vegetables fillings in the small rectangular piece of rolled dough and join the edges.
Preheat the oven up to 300 C and bake for 15 minutes. Vegetable puffs are ready.
