Vegan Banana Blueberry Muffins Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • ½ cup- white sugar
  • ¾ cup- flour
  • ½ cup- whole wheat pastry flour
  • ½ cup- blueberries
  • ½ tsp- salt
  • ½ tsp- baking powder
  • 1 ½ tsp- egg replacer (dry)
  • 2 tbsp- water

Preparation Method for Vegan Banana Blueberry Muffins Recipe

Before you start preparing vegan banana blueberry muffins, you need to first preheat the oven at 350 degree F. Now take muffin cups and grease it with little butter.

Take a bowl and add the mashed bananas, baking powder, salt, flour and sugar. Mix all these ingredients into a smooth paste. In another bowl add water and egg replacer and mix it well and add this in the banana mixture. Now add the blueberries in it.

Take the muffin cups and add a ¼ spoon of the mixture in each cup. Bake it for 25 minutes. Your vegan banana blueberry muffins are ready to eat. Serve them with your evening tea or you can have them as dessert after your main course.
