You have to know how to compress the muscles of the pelvic floor before starting the exercise. Compressing muscles may sometimes work in negative way and hence you need to know properly before compressing muscles of the pelvic floor. Although, Kegel exercise is the most famous for women to recover muscle tone after pregnancy but it is helpful for men too.

There is no proper place to do Kegel exercise, you can do it anytime anywhere but the fact is to find pelvic muscles and squeeze them properly and then relax for few minutes. You can do it in repetitive manner if possible.
