Once you understand and feel the pelvic muscles you can start doing Kegel. However, you require much strength to do it in repetitive manner. Repetition will give you a good length of exercise. You can do Kegel exercise three or four times a day. Initially do these exercise one or two times a day but you have to increase the number of times gradually.
