Tattoos have always been a style statement since centuries. At one point of time it was popularly seen on outlaws, sailors and bikers. These days it is very common to see people sporting a tattoo and this is one way of expressing themselves.

In a permanent tattoo, a puncture in made in the skin with a needle filled with ink to get the desired design. This is for a lifetime while a temporary tattoo may last for a month or even six months depending on the ink.
