Stir-Fried Vegetables with Chicken or Pork Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 cup broccoli (chopped)
  • 1 cup green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup carrots (sliced)
  • 1 cup Napa cabbage (sliced)
  • 1 cup celery (sliced)
  • 1 cup bean sprouts (fresh)
  • 1 cup zucchini (sliced)
  • 1 cup green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp mushroom soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp corn starch

Preparation Method for Stir-Fried Vegetables with Chicken or Pork Recipe

In a heavy skillet, heat oil and add chicken, garlic, oyster sauce and stir-fry for 10 minutes. Stir in broccoli, green pepper, carrots, cabbage, celery, bean sprouts, zucchini and green onions. Season with salt and continue to stir-fry for 6 to 8 minutes. In a small bowl, add water, soy sauce, corn starch and mix together. Stir in vegetables and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until sauce is thickened. Serve.

Though this dish requires little experience, the healthy dish is very tasty and served more at potlucks.
