Spring Green Salad Ingredients

For the salad

  • 1 heads- Lettuce
  • 1 Cucumber (peeled and sliced)
  • 4- Green Onions (sliced)
  • 20 g – Fresh dill (minced)

For the dressing

  • 240 ml- Olive oil
  • 6 tbsp- Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves- Garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation Method for Spring Green Salad Recipe

In a blender, add garlic, fresh lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper together. Blend them and keep it aside. Your spring green salad dressing is ready.  Now in a large bowl, add the cucumber, lettuce and spring onions. With a spatula mix them well and then pour the salad dressing over it. Mix it well and serve.
