Sookhi Roti Ki Subzi Ingredients

  • 6 sookhi roti
  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 50 gms of oil
  • One pinch of asafoetida
  • Salt as per taste
  • 5 gm powder of red chilli
  • 20 gm amchoor powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of turmeric
  • 2 gm cumin seeds
  • 5 gm coriander powder
  • 2 gm mustard seeds
  • 50 gm green coriander leaves

Preparation Method for Sookhi Roti Ki Subzi Recipe

To prepare sookhi roti ki subzi, mix all the spices like, amchur powder, chilli powder, turmeric and coriander power in a bowl with some water in it Place a kadai over heat. Now put vegetable oil into the kadai and put cumin seeds, mustard seeds and asafoetida and allow it to crack. Then add water with paste of masalas in it and let it boil. Take sookhi roti and crumble it into fine pieces. Add the crumbled forms of sookhi roti in the kadai and cook to allow it to melt or get soft. Then add chopped tomatoes and stir to allow it to melt and cook. Sprinkle the chopped green coriander leaves on the top and serve sookhi roti ki subzi hot.
