Skin Complexion

Having a clean clear and spotless skin is the dream of every girl, once she steps into her teenage. An innocent looking, even and clean complexion that can catch eye is what everyone, white, brown or black wishes for. Rather than toning down the skin colour and having a white skin, women now believe in toning down the spots, sunburns, pimples and blemishes that make the skin look dull and unattractive.

Here are some ways for everyone, by which you can have a glowing and attractive complexion without much effort or without spending your time and dollars in the saloon.

Eat Healthy Foods

Eating fresh and unprocessed food can help you to glow from inside by making your skin look refreshed and healthy. Include fresh nuts, fruits, vegetables rich in Vitamin C and E like papaya, almond, pine apple and fish, rich in omega 3 and 6 fatty acids like salmon and tuna in your diet. Similarly there are foods and beverages which ought to be avoided for a clean complexion; oily and fried food like French fries and pizzas, alcohol, and processes food should be removed if you want to look really healthy from within. If you can't avoid them completely, try reducing the amount of it in your daily diet. Green tea and honey are other food stuff that can give you a glow from within.

Drink lots of Water for Skin Complexion

You have to take in a lot of fluid in your diet for a glowing skin, water also helps to improve the blood circulation and helps to remove the free radicals accumulating in the body helping to rejuvenate the skin cells. Fruit or vegetable juices should be included in your daily menu and drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. This can help you to improve your skin texture and complexion and keep you fit and healthy at the same time.

Exfoliate, Cleanse, Tone and Moisturise

Cleansing, toning and moisturising should be included in your daily time table and should be carried out religiously once you are in the early twenty or even before it, if you have a rather dry or very oily skin. This helps you to have a spotless complexion that too for a number of years. These simple steps will take just a few minutes of your day but can take off many years from your face as you age. Just cleansing toning and moisturizing your face and neck won't do the job as the dead skin has to be removed to promote the rejuvenation of the skin, so exfoliate once or twice a week to have a healthy and young skin.

Natural Sunscreen Remedies

No one can stay away from the sun the whole day, but you can protect yourself from the harmful rays of the sun forever by applying a coat of sunscreen on your hands and face. The 'number one enemy' of your skin and its complexion is sun exposure and the UV rays from the sun. It can give you a dull, patchy and wrinkled appearance in the middle age and you will have a complexion farthest from perfect with unprotected sun exposure. So sun screening your innocent skin is a must to keep it new and healthy for years and innocent forever.

Say no To Soap

Soaps and low quality cosmetics does damage your complexion making it dry. So the very first thing you will do from now is to open your cabinet and swap these for non soapy face wash or body wash and branded cream based cosmetics. Remember that make up can make you look good smudging off the blemishes and marks on your skin but doing so you shouldn’t damage your skin tone for ever and put bigger marks on the skin; so a rule to a good skin is to never use cosmetics that can cause any skin problem or irritation, try to use the cosmetics for the sensitive skin type even if you are lucky to have the not too sensitive skin.

Home Bleaching Remedies

Bleaching your skin is one of the best and quickest way to tone the marks and sunburn on your skin. Good bleach also helps you to get even and lighter complexion removing off what the sun and pollution had done to your skin. Do get good bleach which suits for your skin type and test it on your arm or some other place to make sure you don’t get any allergic reaction due to the chemical in the bleach.

Visit a Dermatologist Once in a While

Good skin or bad skin, soft or not it should be pampered right to make it look at its best, so visit a dermatologist or a skin expert to decide on the type of skin and the care your skin needs. Though cleansing exfoliating, moisturising and sun protection can give you a great looking, zero problem skin, occasional facials or massages can make your skin complexion even better and glowing.
