Every woman at some point of time would want to experience motherhood. Pregnancy brings a lot of physical and mental changes in a woman. Her body and mind start preparing for the unborn child.
Pregnancy is divided into- first trimester which is the time from conception to the 12 week, second trimester which is from the 13th week till the 28th week and the third trimester which is from the 28th week till the baby is born. It is very important to follow a proper diet and exercise during pregnancy so as to have a healthy baby and avoid any complication during delivery.
