Treatment of Obesity

Obesity is a major problem. We can see many people around us suffering with this problem. It is difficult to control obesity therefore some of the treatments given which may be helpful in controlling it

  • Diet:-Diet plays a very important role in fighting against obesity. Obesity is mainly caused by poor dietary habits which include eating fatty and junk food.  As such food contains lots of calories; it makes the person obese. Therefore, a proper diet comprising of green vegetables, juices, soups, fruits, water gourd, cabbage, carrot tomatoes etc will be beneficial for treatment of obesity.
  • Physical Exercise:-Accumulation of lots of calories without burning it out, results in obesity. So exercise is needed to burn the calories. A person can join gym or any health centres that will help him to reduce weight.
  • Yoga:-It is said that there are many treatments hidden in yoga against obesity. Some asanas are really helpful in controlling weight.
  • Morning Walk:-Obesity decreases the metabolism of the body making a person lazy and dull. It is necessary to get up early in the morning for walk. A person will feel active and healthy all over a day. That will be effective for controlling obesity.
  • Fat Burning Supplement or Pills:-Today’s market is flooded with so many pills and medicines claiming for reducing weight. In some extent, they are good but these pills leave some side effect on the body.
  • Water:-Water plays a very important role in decreasing obesity. It is said that a person should drink 8-9 glasses of water in a day. Our body is mainly made up of water; if we consume more food in comparison of water then definitely it leads to obesity. Water also helps to remove deoxidants from the body as a result it does not allow fats to accumulate.
  • Honey:-Honey is also a good source of removing fats. Every morning, a person should take a honey mixed in lukewarm water, will naturally help him in removing fats easily.
  • Herbal Tea:-Herbal tea is very good as it manages obesity, reduces chances of cancer. It is helpful in removing extra fats from the body parts and helps in improving the stamina without leaving its side effects.
  • Stress:-A person eats a lot when he is in stress or in depression. It is necessary to remove stress from one’s life and one should lead a trouble free and healthy life. It will give mental and physical peace to the person and he will give away the habit of eating too much.
  • Avoid Fatty and Junk Food Chocolates, Ice-cream:-One should avoid intakes of ice cream, chocolates and other fatty items as they contain lots of fats and calories causing obesity. When these items will be removed from our routine, we will automatically feel healthy.
  • Keep Rice, Potatoes at Bay:-A food item containing carbohydrates like rice potatoes invites obesity. The main reason of obesity in youngsters due to potatoes as they eat hotdogs french-fries which are made up of potatoes only.
  • Avoid Oil, Butter Salt in Food:-All greasy items are very unhealthy for obese people. Butter, oils contain lots of calories. Intake of excess of calories causes obesity.
  • Magnetic Treatment: - Magnetic weight loss is very effective as weight is reduced through magnets. Excess of fat is burned through magnet permanently without causing any damage.
  • Surgery:-In some cases, surgery is made in order to remove excessive weight. This reduces weight around the stomach resulting in less fat around this part.
  • Avoid Skipping Meals:-When a person skips one meal he becomes hungrier as a result he eats more food. When a person skips breakfast he gets hungry all over the day resulting in continuously eating something or the other, feeling pity on his tummy that he hasn’t eaten his breakfast.
