Lets know how to cook this Garhwali delicacy. To start with, take some milk in a vessel and boil it. When the milk starts to boil, add the jhangor and cook it in the milk for some time. Keep stirring it so that it doesn’t stick to the vessel.
Now add sugar and continue cooking it for some more time. Add some kewara essence in the cooked jhangor and mix it well. Your Jhangora ki Kheer is ready. Serve it in bowls and garnish it with dry fruits. This dish can be served hot or cold therefore it can be relished either ways.
