How to apply makeup for droopy eyelids?





Can someone tell me the best eyeliner to use if you have droopy eyelids? Or, any makeup tricks?

Description : When I apply Revlon Colorstay (the best I've found so far), I have a "double" line of eyeliner by lunchtime-- the droopy eyelids make a line shaped like a rainbow on my eyelid. Help!! I can't afford cosmetic eye surgery! lol

Answer : The best thing that you can rely on is a good concealer!!! try to buy a good quality one! and sleep more hours, drink more water, try to avoid alcohol, salt or spicy food! ah! and caffeinne! you will see you will look definitely better!!!

Any makeup tricks for droopy eyelids? Ptsosis?

Description : I have a condition where my eyelids are abnormally large and hang down so they look like I'm half sleeping all the time. It's annoying because I've never been able to wear eyeshadow. Any suggestions to make them appear less prominent? Thanks!

Answer : If Paris Hilton has to suffer from this dreaded disease so do you. She has millions and hasn't been able to fix it, so resign yourself.

My left eyelid is droopy. Makeup tips?

Description : My mom has always had 1 drooping eyelid, today I was tired when I woke up and noticed the skin above my eyes was sort of wrinkly, I shrugged it off. Answer : If you notice any other neurological issues get to a doctor. Numbness in limbs, slurred speech, etc. Might be warning signs. Hopefully nothing serious. Or see link. Google it also.

Makeup Ideas for droopy eye?

Description : I have one upper eyelid that droops more than the other. Are there any makeup ideas yal have that could reduce the look of the droopy eye, and my eyes look the same size when open?

Answer : i would suggest winging out your liner! there are tons of tutorials on this available on youtube, and it can really do wonders as to creating the illusion that your eyes are very wide! :)

Eyelids are Droopy?Help please..?

Description : I'm an asian(14yr) I used to have creases and my eyes were big but when i cry or sleep too much my eyes get swollen and my creases disappear and then comes back later in the day if i keep rubbing my eyes So now my eyes are swollen and my creases are really smaller than before.. REALLY SMALLER and so i started using eyelash glue to make them big again but then they would go small again and now my eyes are really droooppy and small and i keep using the eyelash glue and stuff cause my eyes look so different and my eye is sorta red(pink??) on the inner parts of the creases and kinda hurts Any way i can bring back my old creases?? please just don't say stuff about makeup or to like the way i am cause i dunno please please help

Answer : Use a thin eyeliner brush and use a gel liner & stay close to your lashes...or put the liner only on the bottom of your eyes. Also, if you use a primer or concealer around your eyes, it will hold your makeup in place. My favorite is Laura Mercier's camo/concealer pot...you use a brush to apply the concealer and another brush to apply a dust of powder to hold it...then apply eyeshadow, liner on top. AND, when all else fails - visit a Sephora store! (in person OR online!)

Make-up problems with a droopy eyefold?

Description : so u know how people have an eyefold line thing above their eye? i dunno how u call it but it's the section u put eye shadow in and stuff. well i don't really have one cause my eyelids are droopy. i hate it so much. it makes me look unhappy sometimes, when i'm content. sometimes, i try to open my eyes a bit more or raise my eyebrows a bit. it kinda helps but i look like an idiot. so the problem is, when i put eyeliner on, only the bottom of it shows. the eyeliner on my top lid doesn't show because my stupid skin droops over where my eyeliner is applied to. i can't apply eyeliner at the place where it's supposed to appear to be cause that's like, applying eyeliner to the outer boundary of ur eyeshadow. oh god this sounds like a stupid question does anyone else have this? how do u deal with it? )dunt tell me to skip the makeup)

Answer : I dont have that problem, but I would suggest you do a wing on the end of your eyeliner to make it known that you have eyeliner on. Or maybe just skip the eyeliner, but wait! That doesnt mean skip the makeup! Focus on your eyelid under the brow line by putting a shimmer eyeshadow on. And focus on your other features instead of your eyes to bring them out and cause a distraction away from your eyes. Try your lips or cheeks and dont worry about your eyes so much.
