  7. Cut of those activities from your schedule that makes you feel tired and exhausted.

  8. Continue your exercise and workouts but they should not be too heavy or tiring for you.

  1. Avoid smoking and alcohol intake completely. It is a complete no for such things during pregnancy. 

  2. Do not overstretch yourself with work as it may tire you to such an extent that creates some kind of complication in the pregnancy. Therefore it is advised to take short breaks during your work. 

  3. Try and Avoid Nausea triggers means try and ignore the food or beverage that creates the feeling of nausea or act as a trigger. 

  4. Avoid Caffeine as pregnancy and caffeine do not go hand in hand. 

  5. There are certain food that needs to be restricted during pregnancy such as seafood, uncooked meat, milk which is not unpasteurised and cheese.
