To prepare this Cucumber Ham Roll-Up recipe cut the cucumber to half lengthwise into four strips. Keep it aside. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, mustard and dill. Sprinkle this mixture almost 2 tablespoons over each ham slice. Place a cucumber strip on the wide end and roll it up firmly in a jelly-roll style. Cut off those cucumber pieces that extend beyond ham slice. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and keep it into the fridge for at least 2 hours. Cut into 3/4-inches of slices.
